•Brown-Forman’s Tequila Herradura is expanding the availability of its super-premium expression, Herradura Legend, into national distribution. The Añejo Tequila has become a permanent expression in the 850,000-case brand’s portfolio. Herradura Legend is made in small batches from 100% Blue Weber Agave, traditionally cooked, naturally fermented, twice distilled, and matured for at least 12 months using a combination of seasoned, grooved, and new American white oak barrels. It retails at $150 a 750-ml. and is going national after a strong test launch.

•Sonoma’s Ron Rubin Winery is introducing Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet Sauvignon. The new UN-Oaked Cabernet joins existing entry, Pam’s UN-Oaked Chardonnay, in the range. With an SRP of $16 ($14 for the Chardonnay), Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet immediately enters national distribution. “This wine is in response to a distributor request for a red companion to go with Pam’s UN-Oaked Chardonnay,” said Rubin.

•RNDC and LibDib have announced LibDib@RNDC IN, a new RNDC sales division within the state of Indiana. LibDib@RNDC IN brings LibDib’s platform-based distribution model to the state, allowing all compliant wine and spirits suppliers to secure distribution for products in this market. To start, LibDib@RNDC IN is opening to a select group of both LibDib and RNDC wine and spirits suppliers. The sales division will then open the market to all suppliers in the coming months. LibDib now provides distribution to any brand in 13 states. The companies plan to expand the LibDib@RNDC platform to additional RNDC markets soon.
