•New York’s Brooklyn Brewery has announced plans to move from its current location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to nearby Greenpoint. Development is slated to begin later this year with Brooklyn Brewery’s new location set to open in summer 2024. The new Brooklyn Brewery will occupy 41,000 square feet across the ground, first, and fourth floors of 1 Wythe Avenue and will serve as an anchor tenant in the 82,000 square foot building.
