•Kentucky-based Goodwood Brewing and Spirits is releasing its fourth spirits offering, a Walnut Brown Bourbon. Finished in Goodwood’s Walnut Brown Ale barrels, it will be available through distribution and for purchase at Goodwood locations in mid-December. Goodwood, which has a partnership with Green River Distilling in Owensboro, Kentucky, distributes to select retail stores throughout Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington.

•Chattanooga Whiskey is debuting the latest in its Experimental Single Batch Series: Batch 028 Cacao Infused. Made with Bourbon aged four years and nine months, it’s been infused with roasted cacao nibs from Tanzania and Peru, vanilla beans, cassia cinnamon sticks, and cane sugar. It’s at 43% abv and is available for purchase now at Chattanooga’s Experimental Distillery and in limited quantities online. Chattanooga Whiskey distributes throughout the South and Midwest.
