RNDC Expands In New England

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is expanding in the New England market with an agreement to acquire Ultra, a division of Horizon Beverage, for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase includes operations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. The transaction does not include the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. RNDC has projected revenues of $13 billion this year, while Horizon’s revenues are projected at $815 million. Here’s the full story.
