Craft Brewing and Distilling News for January 27, 2023

•Michigan’s Traverse City Whiskey Co. has broken ground on its new production facility in the company’s namesake city. The project is set to be completed in 2024 and covers 70,000 square feet on 35 acres. The campus will have space to include all aspects of whiskey production, from growing grain to distillation and bottling. Traverse City’s capacity will rise to 24,000 barrels per year and the new facility will also include a tasting room and visitor’s center.
