February 16, 2023•Bacardi-owned Stillhouse has launched its newest flavored whiskey: Peanut Butter S’Mores. The 34.5% abv flavored spirit blends corn whiskey with peanut butter and s’mores flavored liqueur and comes in the brand’s unique stainless steel cans. The new release joins Stillhouse’s other flavors like Peach Tea, Apple Crisp, and Spiced Cherry, as well as the brand’s corn whiskey, vodka, and Bourbon. The new release is now available nationwide.
•Bundschu Company is launching Gunbun, a new brand sourced from Sonoma County. Rolling out to select markets, Gunbun will initially include Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals retailing at $25 and $30 a bottle, respectively. Gunbun is billed as an approachable, “consumer-friendly” alter ego to the company’s core Gundlach Bundschu brand, which is grown on its certified organic estate in Sonoma Valley.
•Winona, Minnesota’s the Watkins Co. has joined forces with Prestige Beverage Group to bring two new flavored whiskies to market. The two flavors—Cinnamon Apple and Spiced Orange—are made from Kentucky Bourbon infused with natural flavors and are bottled at 35% abv. The pair carry a suggested retail price of $25 per 750-ml. and are now available in select states ahead of a national rollout scheduled for April.
