February 21, 2023•Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Press Premium Seltzer is launching four new flavors. Debuting in the 2023 Synergy Variety 12-pack, the new flavors are Watermelon Sea Salt, Peach Rosemary, Dragonfruit Lotus, and Guava Rhubarb, all 4% abv. The Synergy Pack will hit retail next month in the 46 state markets where Press products are available.
•Blanco, Texas’ Milam & Greene Whiskey has announced the Wildlife Collection, a new series of single barrel whiskies meant to show off the effects of the Texas Hill Country weather on maturing whiskey. The first release—Scorpion Barrel—comes in at 61.65% abv and was sourced from Tennessee where it aged for four years before heading south for additional maturation in Texas. The whiskey is available at the distillery and through the brand’s website for $100 a 750-ml. Additional releases in the series will follow, with all of the whiskies sourced from either Kentucky or Tennessee before traveling down to Texas.
•Earthgrown Wine, a new line of affordably priced and sustainability focused wines, has launched with three varietals. The initial offering from the brand—Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a red blend—are all sourced from Monterey County, California and carry a suggested price of $9 a 750-ml. The wine’s labels and corks are made from recycled material, and the bottle itself is 100% recyclable. Earthgrown’s portfolio is now available in retailers across the U.S.
