Priced at $199 each, The Shotmeister is billed as a smaller and lighter model, designed to hold 750-ml. and 1-liter bottles and chill and dispense Jägermeister at temperatures below zero degrees Fahrenheit. Boosted by a strong on-premise presence, Jägermeister hit a high of nearly 2.9 million cases in the U.S. in 2008, but the brand has since lost ground, last year declining 3.2% to 2.45 million cases, according to Impact Databank.

Nearly a year later it followed up with Straw-Ber-Rita. Both innovations have been performing well in the U.S. of late, according to A-B, which reported that the two achieved a combined market share of 1.1% (based on sales to retailers) in the company’s fiscal second quarter ending in June.
