Constellation Renews With RNDC In Nine Markets

Constellation Brands and Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) have renewed distribution agreements in nine U.S. markets. Under the new five-year deal, which takes effect in March, 2015, RNDC will continue to have exclusive rights to Constellation brands in Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Washington, D.C. In addition, the current agreements between the two companies in North and South Dakota, which began in 2012, will continue for their full, five-year term.

RNDC has dedicated approximately 170 sales people to exclusively sell the Constellation portfolio. The renewed distribution accords mark a continuance of the partnership between Constellation and RNDC that began in 2009, when the former initiated its multiphase distributor realignment.
