San Francisco-based Campari America represents about one-fifth of total sales for Italian parent Gruppo Campari, and in the first nine months of 2013, it remained a key growth engine for the company, posting a 3.7% sales rise on double-digit growth for the Wild Turkey franchise and the increasing momentum of the Campari brand.
