Stoli USA Adds Argentina’s Achaval Ferrer To Lineup

Stoli Group USA has been named the exclusive U.S. distributor and marketer for Argentina’s Achaval Ferrer wines, effective immediately. Under the new partnership, Stoli will manage the strategic branding and distribution for the wine range nationwide. Previously, Achaval Ferrer had been handled in the U.S. by TGIC Importers.

Founded in 1995, Achaval Ferrer Estates was acquired by Stoli parent company SPI Group in 2011 for an undisclosed sum. The winery’s three single-vineyard bottlings—Finca Altamira, Finca Bella Vista and Finca Mirador (around $120-$140 a bottle)—have consistently earned 90+ ratings from Wine Spectator. The estate also produces Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals ($28) and a Malbec red blend, Quimera ($56).
