March 27, 2015•Evanston, Illinois-based Few Spirits has expanded into four new states, bringing its distribution footprint up to 20 states less than five years after first hitting the market. This month, the craft distiller has launched in New Jersey via Hunterdon Brewing Company, Georgia via United Distributors, Indiana via Glazer’s and Connecticut via Craft Beer Guild. Few Spirits has spent the past 18 months expanding production and capacity through projects including the installation of three new 30-barrel fermenters and a new column still, as well as moving storage into an 8,500-square-foot warehouse a mile from the distillery. In addition to its 20 states and Washington D.C., it’s also distributed in the U.K., throughout Europe, Australia, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong. Few Spirits produces Bourbon, Rye whiskey and gin from local ingredients.
