•Wine Spectator reports that wineries may get a reprieve from lawsuits filed by a Chicago whistleblower regarding the collection of sales taxes in Illinois. With the Wine Institute stepping in in defense of the California wineries that are facing lawsuits, Wine Spectator recently reported in its Unfiltered column that changes stemming from the lawsuits may be in the works.
