Wine Spectator Launches First-Ever TV Advertising
December 2, 2015Wine Spectator, the world’s leading wine magazine with more than 3 million readers, is running the first television advertising in its 40-year history. The initial ad, produced in-house, debuted last night on Fox News Channel, where it will continue to run in the evening. Aiming to broaden awareness of the Wine Spectator brand, it is titled “The Wonderful World of Wine Spectator” and depicts the integration of wine into a contemporary lifestyle. The 30-second spot closes with an image of the cover of the magazine’s newly released Dec. 31, 2015 issue, featuring the year’s Top 100 wines.
