News Briefs for January 8, 2016

•Santa Barbara County’s Zaca Mesa Winery & Vineyards has named Eric Mohseni director of winemaking and vineyard operations. Mohseni joined Zaca Mesa in 2001 and has held the title of winemaker since 2008. Replacing him in that role will be Kristin Bryden, who joined the group in 2011 and was previously associate winemaker. Zaca Mesa has 150 acres of vineyards on its 700-acre estate, and focuses on Rhône varietals.
