The Winebow Group Taps Erle Martin, Former Crimson Wine CEO, To Lead Western Wholesale Business

Following its move into the California distribution tier with the acquisition of The Henry Wine Group, announced yesterday, The Winebow Group has named industry veteran Erle Martin as executive vice president, Wholesale West, a newly created role. Martin will oversee Winebow’s distribution operations in California, Washington and Idaho, reporting to The Winebow Group president and CEO David Townsend. Martin served as Crimson Wine’s CEO from 2007-2014, and prior to that oversaw Francis Ford Coppola’s wine interests for 11 years. —Daniel Marsteller
