September 14, 2016•Downingtown, Pennsylvania’s Victory Brewing has released Selene Saison, a new wild-fermented, farmhouse-style dark saison. Made with East Kent Goldings hops and Brettanomyces and Blaugies yeast, the new 7.5%-abv entry will be available on draft and in 750-ml. bottles ($9 each) across Victory’s 35-state footprint starting this month. Selene Saison is intended to be a “sister” expression to Victory’s Helios Ale, a Belgian farmhouse ale also offered on draft and in 750-ml. bottles.
