•California-based 21st Amendment Brewery has released Watermelon Funk, a sour remix of the brewery’s summer seasonal, Hell or High Watermelon. The 6.7%-abv beer is kettle soured and brewed with watermelon puree and Saison yeast. Originally brewed as an informal collaboration between 21st Amendment’s Shaun O’Sullivan and Russian River Brewing’s Vinnie Cilurzo, the sour is the first 2017 release in 21st Amendment’s Insurrection Series. Watermelon Funk is available for a limited time on draft and in six-packs of 12-ounce cans throughout the brewery’s 25-state distribution area.
