Craft Brewing and Distilling News for December 19, 2017

•Massachusetts-based Wachusett Brewing Company has expanded its visitor experience with an indoor Brew Yard. Initially launched outside as a summer-exclusive concept, the brewery’s new Brew Yard features an Airstream bar, growler fill station and retail store for the purchase of pints. The space, open year-round, also offers food from the brewery’s food truck, as well as indoor games and a copper kettle fire pit. Wachusett Brewing’s year-round lineup includes Country Pale Ale, Blueberry Ale, and Green Monsta IPA among others. The company also produces the Nauti brand of hard seltzer, which comes in Raspberry, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit and Cranberry flavors.

•Correction: In the December 1 issue, it was incorrectly stated that Greenhook Ginsmiths was acquired by TD Artisan Spirits earlier this year. In fact, while Greenhook is distributed by TD Artisan Spirits, the brand remains wholly owned by Steven DeAngelo, Philip DeAngelo and Michael Judge.
