January 9, 2018•Colorado–based Boulder Beer Company has re-released Irish Blessing, an oak-aged coffee stout. Made in collaboration with Boulder’s Ozo Coffee, Irish Blessing was brewed with Ozo Blend coffee and black and chocolate malts, then aged on Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey–soaked oak chips prior to bottling. The 6.2%-abv limited release will be available on draft and in six-packs of 12-ounce cans from mid-January through March across Boulder Beer’s distribution footprint.
