February 13, 2018•Orange County, California-based The Bruery has launched Girl Grey, an ale brewed in collaboration with Top Chef winner Brooke Williamson. Debuting across 30 states, Girl Grey is an 8.5%-abv Belgian-style ale brewed with lactose, almonds, Earl Grey tea and natural flavors. Williamson, who won Bravo’s Top Chef competition last March, is co-owner and -chef (with husband Nick Roberts) of multiple restaurants and retail shops in Southern California, including Hudson House in Redondo Beach, and The Tripel and Playa Provisions in Playa del Rey. The Bruery’s year-round beers include Loakal Red ale and Belgian ales Jardinier and Mischief.
