Pernod Ricard’s Our/Vodka Launches New Distillery In Manhattan

Our/Vodka, the Pernod Ricard-funded venture that creates locally-operated micro-distilleries in markets worldwide, is set to open a new outpost in Manhattan.

Launching May 25, Our/New York Distillery is located at 151 West 26th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues and will be open seven days a week. Features will include a public tasting room, bar, retail shop, gallery, and event space. The new site—a partnership between Our/Vodka and New York skate wear entrepreneur Dave Ortiz—is said to be the first legal distillery in Manhattan since Prohibition.

Our/New York’s namesake corn-based vodka, retailing at $23 a 375-ml. and available at the distillery as well as throughout the local market, is at 80 proof and blended using New York City tap water. The Our/New York distillery joins existing Our/Vodka micro-distilleries in Berlin, Detroit, London, Amsterdam, and Los Angeles.—Daniel Marsteller
