Cigar Aficionado: D.C. Judge Delays FDA Warnings

In a decision that has significant implications for the many beverage alcohol retailers who also sell cigars, a Washington D.C. judge issued an injunction yesterday postponing the looming effective date for the FDA’s onerous warning label scheme for cigar packaging and advertisements—marking a huge victory for the cigar industry.
