July 10, 2018•Boulder, Colorado’s Avery Brewing Company has launched Go Play IPA, a year-round addition to the company’s portfolio. The 5.5%-abv ale is dry-hopped with Vic Secret, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops, with added sodium and potassium, which the company notes are also found in sports drinks. Avery Go Play IPA is now available in 6-packs of 12-ounce cans across the U.S. Last fall, Avery sold a 30% stake in the business to Spain’s Mahou San Miguel, which is also part-owner of Michigan’s Founders Brewery.
