August 20, 2018•San Diego, California’s AleSmith Brewing Company has released Cinnamon Vanilla Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout and Barrel-Aged Old Numbskull in 330-ml. bottles. AleSmith’s Speedway variant is a 13%-abv blend of stout aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with stout aged in barrels that previously held cinnamon and vanilla extract. The married components then mature for an additional period with added vanilla, cinnamon, and coffee. Barrel-Aged Old Numbskull is a 12%-abv barleywine aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. AleSmith’s range is distributed to 28 states.
