Pernod Renews With RNDC Across 11 U.S. Markets

Pernod Ricard has renewed its distribution contract with Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) in 11 U.S. markets. Running through June 2024, the new deal will see RNDC continue to handle Pernod’s full portfolio across Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington D.C. In addition, RNDC will distribute Pernod’s wine and Champagne portfolio in Georgia, Michigan, and Virginia. RNDC, the second-largest wine and spirits wholesaler in the U.S., agreed to merge with third-ranked player Breakthru Beverage late last year, creating a company with a wholesale footprint of 30 states.—Daniel Marsteller
