•St. Paul, Minnesota’s Summit Brewing Co. is set to launch 120 Shilling Export Scotch Ale in early November. The 9.5%-abv ale is the seventh release in the company’s Union Series and is brewed with Bairds Scottish ale malt and roasted English malts. The beer is hopped with UK Minstrel and an experimental American variety. It matured for five months in Summit’s fermentation cellar before its release. 120 Shilling Export Scotch Ale will be available for a limited time on draft and in 4-packs of 12-ounce bottles.
