•Kentucky-based Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey is adding to its offering with the introduction of a Chocolate Cherry Whiskey Cream. The new entry takes its inspiration from the French confection Griottes—Mediterranean cherries immersed in dark chocolate and finished with a fine liqueur center. Ballotin’s version retails at around $21 a 750-ml. and is rolling out in Texas, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
