Craft Brewing And Distilling News for June 14, 2019

•Dallas, Texas-based craft whiskey producer Oak & Eden is releasing The Ale Series, a duo of whiskies made in collaboration with Fort Worth’s Rahr & Sons Brewery. The two whiskies, Rahr Soaked Malted Oak and Rahr Soaked Hopped Oak, contain a cut spiral of oak soaked in Rahr’s Iron Thistle Scottish Ale (7% abv) and Dadgum IPA (6.6% abv), respectively, for a second in-bottle aging. Both are 45% abv and will be on store shelves early next month in Texas and Oklahoma.
