Craft Brewing and Distilling News for December 10, 2019

•Santa Monica Brew Works in California has launched two Bourbon-barrel aged labels. Buffalo Ninja Imperial Stout is a 12% abv stout with flavors of dark chocolate, vanilla, and oak, while Gravity Coaster Barley Wine (13.4% abv) is a blend of fruit, toffee, and vanilla flavors. Both beers were aged over 14 months in barrels sourced from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Buffalo Ninja Imperial Stout and Gravity Coaster Barley Wine are now available in 750-ml. bottles in the brewery’s Santa Monica tasting room.
