January 8, 2020•Boston Beer Company has expanded its Truly Hard Seltzer brand with four new lemonade-flavored offerings. The new releases, like the original flavors, are at 5% abv, 100 calories, and contain 1 gram of sugar a can; they’re available in mixed 12-packs of 12-ounce cans. Truly Lemonade comes in Original Lemonade, Black Cherry, Mango, and Strawberry, and is available across the U.S. In addition, the Truly Original Lemonade will be distributed in individual 16- and 24-ounce cans.
•Holland, Michigan-based New Holland Brewing Company has announced the first 2020 release of its Dragon’s Milk Reserve. This iteration comes in at 12.5% abv and was aged for three months in Jamaican rum barrels before being finished on coconut, toasted hazelnut, and chocolate. The brew will launch at New Holland’s pubs in Holland and Grand Rapids on January 23 before rolling out across the brewery’s 42-state distribution footprint in February in 4-packs of 12-ounce bottles.
