February 7, 2020•Dallas, Texas-based Deep Ellum Brewing Company has debuted Manic Confidence, a new IPA. The 6.5% abv hazy IPA is made with Galaxy, Enigma, Comet, Strata, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. Manic Confidence is now available across Texas on draft and the brewery plans to release 6-packs of 12-ounce cans by March 1. Deep Ellum is the third-largest independent craft brewery in Texas, according to the company.
