January 4, 2021•Cresco Labs has opened its 10th retail location in Illinois. The Chicago-based cannabis producer’s newest Sunnyside-branded dispensary is located in Naperville, an affluent western suburb of the Windy City. The store is located on the same block as a Costco, Whole Foods, and Starbucks. “We are normalizing the cannabis shopping experience,” said CEO Charlie Bachtell. Sunnyside Naperville will employ about 40 people and is around 8,400 square feet. The store is Cresco’s 20th dispensary across Illinois, Arizona, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts.
