Jackson Family Wines Makes Distributor Moves In Three States

Jackson Family Wines, the U.S. market’s 10th-largest wine player by volume at 6.1 million cases in 2020, according to Impact Databank, has announced distributor changes in Illinois, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania.

In Illinois, Jackson Family is moving to Chicago-based Romano Beverage. With the addition of Jackson Family’s business, Romano will debut a new statewide, full-service distributor with a focus on the premium wine and spirits space. In Minnesota, Jackson Family is partnering with Johnson Brothers. Finally, in Pennsylvania, the portfolio is moving to Southern Glazer’s. Breakthru Beverage previously handled the Jackson Family range in all three states.

Breakthru continues to be partnered with Jackson Family across a half-dozen markets, while Southern Glazer’s and RNDC each handle the Jackson portfolio in 13 markets.
