Breakthru To Acquire Missouri’s Major Brands

In case you missed yesterday’s news alert, Breakthru Beverage Group has agreed to acquire Missouri wholesaler Major Brands for an undisclosed sum. Breakthru co-owners the Wirtz family had taken a controlling stake in Major two years ago, and the distributor will now be brought fully into the Breakthru fold.
