Craft Brewing and Distilling News for April 15, 2022

•Portland, Maine-based Hardshore Distilling Co. is debuting its gins across 19 states. The portfolio includes Hardshore Original Gin ($38 a 750-ml.) and Hardshore North Oak Barrel Rested Gin ($45). A mix of five botanicals—rosemary, mint, orris root, coriander, and juniper—Hardshore is billed as a green herb-forward gin. Its Oak Barrel extension spends between three and six months in new 30-gallon American oak casks. Hardshore plans to continue adding more markets to its footprint moving forward.
