Diageo North America Taps Rodney Williams As President, Diageo Beer Company and Canada

Rodney Williams is joining Diageo North America as president, Diageo Beer Company and Canada. Williams is taking over for Nuno Teles, who is moving to serve as Diageo’s managing director for Great Britain.

Williams joins from Moët Hennessy, where he spent 11 years in various senior management roles in North America, most recently as global president of Belvedere Vodka. Prior to Moët Hennessy, Williams was SVP at Jackson Family Wines. According to Impact Databank, Diageo Beer Co. USA is the eighth-largest brewer in the U.S., with volume up 3% last year to 37 million (2.25-gallon) cases.—Daniel Marsteller
