October 24, 2022•Proximo Spirits has partnered with Blue Ridge Spirits & Wine Marketing, handing the Atlanta, Georgia company sales, marketing, and distribution management rights for Proximo’s collection of “Nurture Brands.” The deal, effective immediately, covers Hangar 1 vodka, Boodles gin, Matusalem and Owney’s rums, Old Camp whiskey, Wolf Moon Bourbon, and Agavero liqueur, and is aimed at accelerating sales for the brands.
•Woodinville, Washington’s Chateau Ste. Michelle has named Russell Motz senior vice president, national accounts, effective November 14. He joins Ste. Michelle from RNDC where he served as executive vice president of supplier business development. The company’s new vice president of sales, west region, Catherine Chambers, comes to her new role with 11 years experience at E.&J. Gallo, where she held numerous positions managing sales in the west and southwest.
