November 21, 2022•New York’s Brooklyn Brewery has announced plans to move from its current location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to nearby Greenpoint. The move will allow the brewery to take advantage of the industrial business incentive area (IBIA) for Greenpoint and Williamsburg at 1 Wythe Avenue, just four blocks away from its current location. Development is slated to begin later this year with Brooklyn Brewery’s new location set to open in summer 2024. The new Brooklyn Brewery will occupy 41,000 square feet across the ground, first, and fourth floors of 1 Wythe Avenue and will serve as an anchor tenant in the 82,000 square foot building.
