•Louisville, Kentucky-based Buzzard’s Roost Whiskey has launched Smoked Barrel Rye, a new double-barreled whiskey. The 52.5% abv whiskey is a sourced rye made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley that aged for four years. Before bottling, the whiskey was transferred to new American oak barrels that were toasted and lightly smoked. Smoked Barrel Rye carries a suggested price of $70 per bottle and is available in the brand’s 10-state distribution footprint.
