•Brown-Forman has announced the newest whiskey in Old Forester’s 117 Series: a new Bottled in Bond Bourbon. The whiskey was distilled in spring 2014 and follows 1910 Extra Extra Old in the limited edition series focused on Old Forester’s innovations. Old Forester 117 Series Bottled in Bond is now available at the brand’s distillery, in select Kentucky stores, and in limited DTC for a suggested price of $60 a bottle.

•Los Angeles-based Riboli Family Wines has expanded its national sales team, aiming to boost growth for Stella Rosa. To accomplish this, Riboli has named Greg Baldino vice president, national sales; Penny Kosut, vice president of national sales planning; Rebecca Powelson vice president, fine wine and international sales; and Paul Rinaldi vice president of retail national accounts, east division. In addition, Jenna Steele will continue as director of e-commerce and work to bolster Stella Rosa’s online sales.

•Terlato Wine Group has appointed Tommy Gaeta as vice president of marketing and direct-to-consumer for Terlato’s Family Estates portfolio. He will be responsible for leading all brand marketing and DTC efforts for Chimney Rock and Rutherford Hill in Napa, Sanford in Sta. Rita Hills, and Klipsun in Red Mountain, Washington. A 10-year Gallo veteran, most recently Gaeta was senior director of marketing and DTC at Miller Wine Company and Bien Nacido Estate. In his new role he’ll report directly to Terlato Wine Group president and COO Sandra LeDrew.
