This fall, Barrell will release Amburana and A Tale of Two Islands, with the company planning to release two new cask-finished whiskies each year going forward. Amburana is a blend of five-, six-, seven-, and 10-year-old Indiana, and five-year-old Kentucky Bourbons finished in the release’s namesake wood casks and bottled at 58.21% abv. In addition to Amburana cask-finished whiskies, a portion of unfinished Bourbon is blended into the final blend. The second release, A Tale of Two Islands, is a 59.11% abv blend of Bourbons from Indiana (aged five, six, and nine years) and Maryland (aged five and six years) finished in casks that previously matrued Islay Scotch and Jamaican rum (BCS’ 2018 release of A Tale of Two Islands.) Both whiskies are retail priced at $90.

The company is set to release 3,500 cases of this whiskey, available in the distillery’s gift shop, select retailers in 24 states, and through online retailer Seelbach’s at a suggested price of $160.

The initial relaunch line-up consists of three ciders: Crispin Original (5% abv), Crispin Imperial (8% abv), and Crispin Mango Mimosa (8% abv), all available in 6- and 12-packs and on draft.
