Campari To Handle Miraval Rosé In The U.S.
September 20, 2023Campari Group has entered into a distribution agreement with French company SAS Miraval Provence as the exclusive importer of Miraval Rosé, Studio Miraval, Muse Miraval, and Fleur de Miraval in the U.S. market, starting with the 2023 vintage currently being released. According to the company, the move “allows us to diversify our range and enter the high-growth rosé wine category with an outstanding quality, highly awarded producer.”
Miraval, which has been handled by Vineyard Brands previously, was founded by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie along with the Perrin family in 2012. Jolie sold her stake to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of Stoli owner SPI Group, in 2021. The brand ranks among the top five French rosé brands in the U.S., up 4% to 164,000 cases last year, according to Impact Databank.—Daniel Marsteller
