•Southern Glazer’s has appointed Craig Goossen executive vice president and general manager of Arizona. Goossen’s promotion will be effective at the end of 2023 following the retirement of current executive vice president, general manager, Arizona Tom Boyle. Goossen, who is currently vice president of sales in Arizona, will report to Patrick Daul, Southern Glazer’s president, Western Region, and will be responsible for leading the Arizona division, which has projected 2023 revenues of $650 million, according to Shanken’s Impact Newsletter.

•Diageo has released Dickel Bourbon Aged 18 Years, a new limited offering from the Cascade Hollow distillery in Tennessee. The Bourbon, selected by Diageo’s director of George Dickel & luxury whiskey, Nicole Austin, is bottled at 45% abv and carries a suggested price of $510. Dickel’s latest special release is rolling out now in limited quantities to select markets across the U.S. Dickel has U.S. volume of approximately 200,000 cases, according to Impact Databank.
