White Claw Enters The Non-Alcoholic Space

White Claw has entered the non-alcoholic category with a new line of flavored seltzers. White Claw 0% Alcohol makes its debut with four flavors—Black Cherry Cranberry, Mango Passionfruit, Peach Orange Blossom, and Lime Yuzu—all containing 15 calories per 12-ounce serving and fortified with electrolytes. All four flavors are available in a variety 12-pack with Black Cherry Cranberry and Mango Passionfruit also available as individual flavor 6-packs. White Claw 0% Alcohol will hit store shelves across the U.S. on January 1.

Part of Mark Anthony Brands, which has annual sales of about $3.5 billion, White Claw continues to lead the U.S. market with a roughly 50% share of malt-based hard seltzer. Impact Databank estimates the core White Claw seltzer at approximately 85 million (2.25-gallon) cases in the U.S. Earlier this year, the brand entered the spirits-based RTD category with vodka sodas, which have had a solid start in the market.—Shane English
