•Napa Valley winemaker Julien Fayard, along with sommelier Camille Gaïo, is introducing Les Vins Julien “Le Blanc Light,” a white field blend of California grapes from the Sierra Foothills. The wine is billed as a lower-alcohol option at 11% abv. At $28 per bottle, Les Vins Julien “Le Blanc Light” is available online at Maison Fayard’s website and at its downtown Napa shop. The Les Vins Julien portfolio also includes a full range of wines from nine Northern California appellations, retailing from $25 to $49 a bottle.

•Alpine Beer, part of Tilray Brands, has brought Windows Up IPA back to market. The 7.5% abv ale is made with Mosaic and Citra hops and malts including oats and wheat. The brew, which was retired years ago, is now back on shelves in the Western U.S. in 6-packs of 12-ounce cans. It joins other releases like Duet and Nelson IPAs, and Infinite Haze Hazy IPA, among others, in Alpine’s portfolio.
