Diageo, Combs Settle Dispute, With Diageo Gaining Control Of DeLeon

January 17, 2024

In case you missed yesterday’s news alert, Diageo and former partner Sean “Diddy” Combs have settled their recent disputes out of court, with Diageo gaining full control of the DeLeón Tequila brand and Combs voluntarily dismissing his lawsuits against the company. No terms were disclosed.
