Breakthru Adds A Host Of New RTDs Across The Country

Breakthru Beverage Group is adding several new RTD brands to its emerging brand incubator the Trident portfolio in various markets. Among them, Happy Dad hard seltzer is extending its partnership with Breakthru into Delaware and Minnesota, expanding on the existing alignment in Arizona, Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri.

Dunkin’ Spiked, known for alcoholic iced coffees and teas, is joining the Breakthru fold in Illinois. Lake Hour, from actor Wyatt Russell and film producer Rich Peete, is partnering with Breakthru in Wisconsin. Lake Hour includes vodka-based Rosemary Yuzu, Honeysuckle Ginger and Peach Jasmine flavors, as well as a Tequila-based Watermelon Cucumber expression.

Owl’s Brew, offering hard tea seltzers and a new vodka and Tequila-based RTD line, is building on its partnership with Breakthru in Florida by expanding into California. Spindrift Spiked is joining Breakthru in California, Florida and Washington, D.C., expanding on the existing alliance in Colorado and Minnesota.

Sprinter vodka sodas, backed by socialite and media personality Kylie Jenner, has launched with Breakthru in Delaware, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Superbird is relaunching its Tequila-based cocktails and sodas with Breakthru Beverage in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina and Washington, D.C. And hard sweet tea brand Teabird, from Spirited Brands and country musician Jason Aldean, has aligned with Breakthru in Florida, Illinois, South Carolina and Virginia.—Daniel Marsteller
