•New York-based retailer and auction house Zachys has appointed Eileen Rizzo as CEO. Rizzo, a 25-year retail veteran who joined the company in 2022, has served as chief information officer, and prior to joining Zachys held senior roles at Ashley Stewart, Inc., Macy’s, and JC Penney. The first non-family member to lead Zachys, she succeeds Jeff Zacharia, who will continue to serve as president, focusing on strategic initiatives, according to the company. Founded in 1944, Zachys has total revenue of above $100 million, including the retail arm Zachys Wine & Liquor, as well as its auction and storage businesses.

•St-Germain liqueur, part of the Bacardi portfolio, is debuting a new campaign featuring actress Sophie Turner. Titled “Spritz Up Your Summer,” the push includes a content series starring Turner that highlights St-Germain’s “Hugo Spritz” serve, which pairs the liqueur with fellow Bacardi label Martini Prosecco. The campaign will also see the brand open a pop-up St-Germain Spritz Counter on the beauty floor of New York City retailer Bergdorf Goodman serving Hugo Spritz cocktails. According to Impact Databank, St-Germain grew 4% to 157,000 cases in the U.S. last year.

•Dia De La Sirena, a new luxury-priced Tequila, has launched in the U.S. with a Reposado expression. The 40% abv Tequila carries a suggested price of $80 a bottle and comes packaged in a mermaid-shaped bottle. The brand’s name translates to “the day of the siren,” referencing mermaids. Dia De La Sirena is now available in select retailers in Southern California as well as through the brand’s website.
