Whisky Advocate: Knob Creek Takes The Hybrid Route With Bourbon X Rye
August 23, 2024Other distillers have done it, but Knob Creek never blended its Bourbon and rye whiskies for any of its expressions—until this summer’s launch of Bourbon X Rye, a blend of 9 year old bourbon and 7 year old rye.
